How to work a pin-mill mill without mesh and with a sieve

First, the material enters the mill with a mill feeder from the designed tank and is crushed by centrifugation between the designed pins to reach the outlet

The second stage, the crushed material is passed by the fan through the suction part and the suction operation is done, this causes intense air circulation and causes the material to cool, then the material is transferred to the cyclone tank by air and the particles are separated from the air. And very fine dust is transferred to the filter bag and the main material comes out of the cyclone and sits on the sieve

Materials that have reached the desired size are taken out of the sieve and inside the bag, and the coarse material is returned to the entrance of the mill to be crushed again

It should be noted that all this process is done automatically and there is no need for human resources
